A magnificent group that is currently on offer on eBay .

The write-up says:

Rare Victorian medal trio awarded to - Sergeant Major HENRY DUNN (Senior)

Records show two H. Dunn on the rolls for Nesbitt's Horse.

Attestation papers show Henry Dunn (Snr), aged 43 yrs, signing on on the 26th March 1900.
This collates with his service entry with Brabant's Horse ending on the 23rd Feb 1900 - WO100/237 page 20
His three state clasps are from this period of service. Unfortunately he is given the rank of Trooper, 357. All other notes referring to him indicate his rank as Sergeant Major. He does not seem to be eligible for any date clasps (WO100/262 page 15)

Henry Dunn (Jr) has attestation papers to Nesbitt's Horse indicating him being 17 yrs of age when signing on on the 13th April 1901.
His entries on the Nesbitt's Horse roll as Trooper, 32971, indicate he is entitled to a QSA with clasps of the Cape Colony and South Africa 1901 - (WO100/262 pages 18 & 66). This medal NOT included.

Copies of papers can accompany the medals or be sent electronically if desired.
