Hi All
Amongst other items acquired over the years was this Vijf Pond Boer note.
It had been handed in at Vryheid a few years after the end of the war.
On the reverse is the following:
Submitted to Claims Commission but not Assesed. Vryheid 15/12/04.
Any info regards these notes and possible time period when they could be redeemed would be most welcome.
Sadly note is not in a good condition but maybe Anthony might be able to put an estimated value on such an item?
